100% tempranillo, aged for 12 months in new french oak barrels.  Cherry red, with sweet aromas of french oak, cinnamon, clove, black pepper. Delicious full body, soft, elegant finish.  Highly recommended decanter magazine. (2011 was 88/100 R.P.)

3 extra months in Allier French oak vats. Intense red garnet, complex, full of elegant aromas of black fruits and spices, coffee and cacao, coming from an extraordinary vintage. Silky and fleshy.  A classic Rioja, perfect balance of fruit, structure and elegance.
