It is illegal for us to sell wine to you if you are under the age of 18.
If your delivery has been damaged in transit we will replace it for you but we need to be informed within 48 hours of delivery.
We insure your wine up to the point where it is delivered to your address.
We are not responsible for damage or theft to goods beyond this point.
Posh Slosh is a New Zealand business and all transactions will be billed in New Zealand Dollars.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
At Posh Slosh we pride ourselves on the quality of our wines. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will remedy the problem straight away.
If you buy a wine and it is corked or otherwise faulty we will happily replace, refund or swap the bottle.
If your delivery has been damaged, we will happily replace it or refund it. (Please note we need you to report damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery).
If you buy a wine and it is not to your complete satisfaction then we will happily swap the remaining bottles for another wine.
To cancel a transaction please contact Posh Slosh immediately by email at email@example.com.
Posh Slosh Limited will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions through this website.

FREIGHT & DELIVERY
Approximate delivery times:
North Island: Next working day for orders placed before 3pm.
South Island: 2 working days for orders placed before 3pm.
Please allow an additional 1-2 days for all rural deliveries.
Freight times given are an approximate guide only and Poshslosh cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Couriers may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
